Prenatal Education Class

Pregnancy!  What an exciting yet mysterious word.  Our Prenatal Education Class is designed to assist you in understanding pregnancy and your journey toward parenthood.  We look forward to meeting you, and sharing information and resources to support you during this amazing time.

New parents-to-be are encouraged to attend the first two class sessions as soon as possible as we will be discussing important issues that will be helpful throughout your entire pregnancy.

The last four class sessions will focus on labor, birthing and the newborn.  We will be practicing breathing and relaxation techniques.

There is no charge to attend these classes and pre-registration is not required.
